🔧 The mold is the matrix; precision is the soul: Relying on high-precision mold-making equipment such as CNC machining centers, EDM machines, and grinders, we ensure a mirror-grade standard at the source, laying a solid foundation for the cylinder block forming process.
🔥 Integrated die-casting for enhanced mechanical properties: Utilizing 300T to 1500T aluminum alloy die-casting machines, we overcome complex flow channel designs to achieve one-shot die-casting of the engine cylinder block. This results in higher structural strength and lower porosity, perfectly withstanding high-temperature and high-pressure operating conditions.
🛠 Post-processing chain, untouched by external hands: Through fine blanking, automatic drilling and tapping, CNC precision machining, and thermal shaping, we ensure the flatness of every mounting surface and the precision of all threaded holes. Automated deburring and polishing make every detail impeccable.
🔬 Laboratory-grade testing, endorsing quality: We possess an in-house passivation laboratory and a full set of testing equipment (CMM, salt spray tester, temperature & humidity chamber, density inspection machine). Every cylinder block must undergo rigorous environmental simulation and dimensional scanning to guarantee its reliability and corrosion resistance under extreme operating conditions.
